this thing with my fingernails, like if i'm putting on gloves and the fingernails scratch across the material. the fingernails kind of get lifted up and the very tips of my fingers freak out. it's the same if i have some material in between my teeth and the material gets pulled away. it's a freaky feeling.

Years ago a cousing of mine and some of his mates were at a kids playground, you know the kinda place, swings, slides etc. They had this large 'swinglike' ride, which held about 8 kids - a long heavy planklike swing. Anyway to cut a long story short, he was pushing this heavy swing from one end, and slipped - and the thing swung back and hit all his front teeth out!! It makes me cringe everytime I think of it!! Yikes!!

One other thing that makes my teeth cringe - my dentist! I hate dentists, I gotta go next week, it's only for a check up, but just the thought of the place!
*feels sick at the thought!*

I can't handle stuff near my bellybutton. It's bizarre, like i have this fear i'm going to get stabbed in it or something. That scene in the matrix where neo gets "bugged" totally creeped me out. I couldn't watch.

I was at the dentist the other day... they were doing the commonplace ''cancer search'', just routinely searching for abnormal lumps in my mouth. He thought he saw a fucking TUMOR on the X-ray he was looking at while doing the examination, and he was freaking out looking for it in my mouth... talking to the nurse about it. I thought I had fucking cancer! Turned out the ''tumor'' was just an anomoly in the X-ray, caused by my wisdom tooth or something... I was fucking sweating. I hated dentists before, I hate them even MORE now. Fucker.

Bugs make me cringe... I always think one's going to crawl into my ear when I'm sleeping or something, gnaw through my ear drum, and make a home in my brain. Lay some eggs, then they'll hatch and little spiders will crawl out my nose. I fucking hate bugs.

I had a few teeth pulled by the dentist when I was younger, and one of the worst times they strapped to the chair so I couldn't get up - I think that finished me with dentists for my life!
I also had a 'fixed brace' once on my top teeth - has anyone ever had one, and had it removed? Jesus Christ - it's torture!

I had braces for a couple of years, yeah... they'd tighten them every couple months, it was fucking agony!!! I could feel my teeth shifting around in there as they yanked and pulled and pushed, arghghghahghaghaghghhg!!!!
Fucking dentists... and they make up shit to make you pay more money... I bet a lot of people that get braces don't even need them... they say if you don't get them, your teeth will eventually go sideways or some shit, start getting crooked if you don't get them... probably not, they just want to take your thousands of dollars!!!

When they tightened them, it was as if all your teeth in your head were gonna snap! They'd do it from one side, then the other!

yep. i had braces too. That routine tightening procedure was hell. I got 'em off like 7 years ago and they're still making me wear a god damn retainer at night.

What do you mean, "And had it removed"?
Does the process like kill half the people?
I had a retainer once, i had to wear it all the time, it kept on getting food stuck in it and smell and tasted awful. Eugh.

I STILL have my retainer, but it's not so bad... not half as bad as braces. Not very noticeable, and not too uncomfortable... Right now, it's soaking upstairs in the bathroom in some denture cleaning chemical. I should be wearing it, eh, who gives a fuck.

i once ate some rolos and they made one of my teeth start to fall apart and chip. that was scary. things that are small and fast are scary, like bugs, especially when it's dark and you can't quite tell if it's there or not.
