Boards of Canada - Sounded completely different to what i had imagined. A pleasant surprise. "Music is math" - first boc song i ever heard (excluding "ready let's go", of course). Thanks xlt! Others: Jega, My Bloody Valentine, Enduser, Plaid etc etc... Come to think of it, this site is pretty good for music recommendations (LOL :-s). I only got some less known artists from here, I was introduced to electronic music from my mates bro who had a massive army ammunition box full of warp stuff and lots more classics interesting fact: I heard aphex twin's didgeridoo on vinyl in 1994 through my dads dirty big speakers when i was about 13 and was blown away :P |
