I need to find the english word for when audio-tapes (or video) end up all knottet together and out of the casing. The danish word is "båndsalat" which directly translated means "tape-salat". I hope someone understands what the hell i'm taling about. |

I don't think there's a particular word for it in English; people usually just say, "my tape has broken" or "the tape has come out of the cassette". |
