ok, i've got Music For Airports, On Land and Apollo... what
next?

Does any of his other music match these? Are there any
similar albums by other artists to On Land and Apollo
because they contain some of the most amazingly textured
music i've ever heard!

ello. 'another green world' is of a different style, but
it's still very good.

"discreet music" is nice, but that's all I have so I don't
know if it is comparable to the ones you mentioned

complete series "ambient 01-04" and then "compact " series
aswell. if you liked the ambient textures of the ones u
have already, u wont like the rock style of early works of
him.

Discreet Music and Music For Films are the ambient albums
you NEED.

Another Green World, Here Come The Warm Jets and Before &
After Science are more rock albums, but they're great
aswell.

Ambient 2 with Harold Budd is also great. Melancholic and
serene piano based ambient much like Ambient 1, but a bit
more melodic.

If you like Steve Reich's works you might appreciate Ambient
3 with Laraaji. It's quite different from the others in the
Ambient series. I really like it but it's a hit or miss I
think.

I think you've got his best already. Nothing comes close to
On Land and Apollo Atmospheres and Soundtracks in my opin

if you like quiet nice pianos trx, get Ambient2 (w/ h.budd)
or its follow up, The Pearl.

imo, the best Eno pieces are:
Thurday afternoon (long [not dark, quite "light"] ambient
piece, like music for aiport but more much abstract, quiet)
or Neroli (very long [dark] ambient piece)

also check his installations CDs (enoshop + google)
