I recenently saw the kurt cobain journals in a bookstore
for three pounds, and couldn't resist buying them for such a
low low price..
Now though ,after flicking through it.. I'm not so sure i
want to read it.It's acctualy just pages from his diary
etc..It's crazy...
I'd hate for anyone to read through all of my things and
personal thoughts etc..So I sort of feel bad for looking...
Does this make me wierd?

Also ... If you're into 'ole kurt and have read them..What
did you think of it?

i would never read it because i think it's so horribly
exploitative. cobain said himself that he specifically
didn't want his journals to be published after his death.
it's just another way courtney love is making a quick buck
off of him.

"If you read this you will judge"

I've read it, and it's really not all that personal.... it's
just letters to people that weren't sent, band stuff, and
crude drawings and cartoons... if I were him I wouldn't
really mind all that much...... GOOD price, though.....

so there's no deep dark emotions and thoughts etc?
I think i will read it..because i am curious..but it'll have
to be when im in the right frame of mind..
if it's not too personal though maybe it isn't so bad, maybe
i wont be an awfull person.
lol..yes i was pleased with that price ^_^...that's what
made me buy it..i have a hard time resisting purchasing
bargains..even if i dont want or need the item..

I bought it for my girlfriend of the time because she
"really wanted it", what with having nirvana's greatest hits
and all, neither of us read it in the end. Excellent
Anecdote Power
