eh, all the venetian snares albums I engorged myself on last year. Also, GO Plastic was great and I discovered Jega for the first time last year which was quite a pleasant suprise. |

oh man...i bought nearly 100 cds over the course of last year... most of the artists im into now i got into sometime last year... some notable ones... squarepusher's feed me weird things (my second sp album...now just a year later..i have all his stuff) boc's music has the right.. prefuse73's vocal studies...great summer album delarosa+asora's agony1 ae's incunabula..my second ae cd..i now have nearly all their stuff bjork's vespertine drukqs of course cex's role model plaid's 'trilogy' radiohead's amnesiac and live album proem's burn plate no1 what is that four tet album like? ive seen it around and have heard its pretty good... |

oh yeah vespertine was quite good too. B3n! as someone suggested, rest proof clockwork is a great start for plaid listening. i think it is still my favorite of their works. plus it has a cute monkey on the cover. double figure has been really growing on me though. |

I did not like "Blowback" at all....nothing as good as his first albums... Maxinquaye and Pre-Millennium Tension but thats just my opinion...hee hee... BoC rules all!!! |

i downloaded that Strokes album i really liked them on SNL but i thought the album was kinda weak. i also downloaded the new system of a down album. surprisingly, i kinda like it. i don't listen to much metal though so i am sure there is better stuff out there. anyone else like these system of a down kids? they are the best band on seattle's alternative radio station "the END" i think. well along with tool and uh... actually most of the END bands suck. |
