I love watching stuff I saw 10-15 years ago, feels like
I've recovered a small peice of my history.
I feel it even plays a role in the development of our
subconscious, and the archetypes we form into our daily
associations of things.

At the top of my head,

Secret of Nimh
All Dogs go to Heaven
FernGully
The Neverending Story
Flight of the Navigator
Short Circuit
The Brave little Toaster
Mad Max in the Thunderdome
Blade Runner

Sharon: What if it's a girl, and it looks like Mr. Burgess?
Dessie: Oh, shite! I guess we'll have to smother it and
leave it on his step.

Silent Running made me so sad as a youngster that I've
never, ever been able to face watching it again.

I was so disappointed when Jason Connery took over the role,
but it was still very good.

it's actually "Robin Of Sherwood", my apologies. Last night
we watched the first 4 episodes - and it all seems perfect
as it seemed those >10 years ago when i used to watch it
every week: the scenery, the soundtrack, the cloudy weather,
the forest, Marion....you can see and feel it was created by
enthusiasts.

Jason is in season 3, ....until i watch that i'd rather
forget it's him playing Robin. he's worse than Pread, i
agree. but who could replace him ? who ?
