hello all!

my pc has been totally rinsed by virii - i want to totally
wipe the hard drive and start from scratch - what software
do i need to do this if any? any other tips?

If you`re on windows xp, then you just need win xp setup cd,
boot from cd, format the hard drive and continue with setup.

using Limewire for MP3s and , being a total retard,
downloading 10kb EXEs and ZIPs. thats what my dad does
