That sounds like it was at my school. There was very little actual bullying with a real innocent victim who was picked on. It was more someone would do something a bit out of line, so the other party would retaliate. The few instances of actual bullying I can think were really nasty though. Amnesty International should have gotten involved. I saw people hand-cuffed then given a real shoeing, people KO'd from "accidental" elbows to the head in basketball. Always got nasty with other schools, mind. The other schools were cowards who'd often carry bats and knives, but our lot would usually beat them to a pulp. One day some kids from another school came into our school to start a fight. They got beaten so badly a couple of them were hospitalised and were getting treatment from our school nurse. Predominantly middle class Church school in the most expensive bit of town. Nice to show that stereotypes are sometimes inaccurate. |

Haha...that's genius! It shows how you can edit a film anyway you want for a trailer to make it seem acceptable for any given audience. I remember looking forward to Robin Hood prince of Thieves because the trailer made it look like a really fun, slightly comical action flick. Then the film was a load of boring, pretentious rubbish. |
