vegan... but not for the animals.

I've decided to go vegan again, cause i'm sick of waking up
feeling like shit.
I was vegan 2 years ago, for about 3 months and i'd never
felt better... i slept better, woke up feeling really good,
ate really well, and had more energy. (after the first
month)
Anyone else here, vegan?
I just feel like i have to kick small animals sometimes so
my friends don't think i've gone all hippy. (just kidding.)

not eating meat doesn't give me energy or make me feel
better... :/

anyway, i'm not vegan or vegetarian, but i never eat beef.
i gave it up like two or three years ago. it has nothing to
do with feeling bad for the cows, though.

I was thinking about becoming vegan for the same
reason...then the doctor said I might get some benefit from
not smoking crack cocain part time like my friend Aaron
Snares, so I am going to try that first.

there's tons you can eat, while vegan, and it's more fun to
experiment with the food too.... food you didn't even know
existed, really... there is like 1000 things you can do with
tofu, also...
plus there's non vegan cheeses, and lots of non dairy
things...

I'd quit smoking and alcohol first, and then worry about the
diet.

impossible... i need to smoke cigarettes for my nerves, and
there's nothing else to do on the weekends then drink, but i
am going to be classy and only drink wine... and sometimes
whiskey...

oh, come on! you should come to my place and see the

kidding. actually I had to write a "things to do" list on a
piece of paper this week. and there's nothing wrong with my
memory.

those are my plans.

An excellent choice. Excepting meat in spaghetti. That is
always fine.

what a hassle though, you go out to eat or over to a
friend's for dinner and there's only like 1 thing on the
menu. or your friend's wife is all offended because you
didn't eat her taco.

ahem...

Im a vegetarian, but just out of habit. I've been a
vegetarian since I was 10 and I don't really have any reason
to go back. One day, I will probably take the jump to
vegan, but I drink like 8-10 glasses of milk a day(also out
of habit), so it would be quite tough.

nice... but that much milk???? do you know how much puss and
blood is in that shit??
there's a website you can actually go to, to see how much of
the shit isin your milk, where you live... i think it's
www.milksucks.com... or something like that.

as if drinking a fluid excreted by a big stinky animal would
be any less gross without puss and blood. that's like
saying you shouldn't eat poop because there might be half
digested corn in it.

i love drinking milk though. and milk products. i think
i'd rather be dead then not get to eat any more ice cream.

I'm one of those contradictory types. I'll watch the PETA
videos in horror and disgust, then eat whatever meat there
is for dinner. I'll chain smoke freaking out about cancer
and every wierd sound my lung makes or pain in my throat.
If I was protesting animal rights outside all day long, i'd
have beef jerky in my pocket to keep me going.

there really is no justification for factory farmed meat,
yet I still eat it. I'd feel better if they switched to
poodles, chuwahwahs and selected-humansâ„¢ for their
meat-making process...it's hard to change

I have recently started the vegan thing....... more by
accident than design. I have been a vegetarian for 3 years,
and over time i've drifted away from dairy and i never eat
eggs (never used to either). I have never had more energy,
never been fitter (training for a half marathon at the
moment), lost 10kg since New Year.

I became a vegetarian to distance myself from the killing of
animals but it's a very personal thing and I don't in anyway
pass judgement on the decisions of others. It's important to
be compassionate towards all beings....... including our
omnivorous brothers and sisters.

i feel like crap lately, physically speaking, and emotional
stress isn't helping.

I'm also vegetarian.For a variety of reaons...including 'too
much love for animals',But also - People saying milk is
discusting because its excreted from a fat hairy animal
-Well , If you wont drink it's nipple juice ,why will you
eat it's arse-flesh etc?
Eating flesh just isn't my bag, The only exception for that
is when i become a zombie...
How-ever. I do not really feel any healthier being a
veg-face.. Allthough i this is my own fault ...as i'm not
i-eat-loads-of-shit-and-junk-as-long-as-there's-no-meat-in-
really a vegetarian more of a '' it-arian'...

Jennifer wrestled her friend playfully to the ground
infront of the snowcone stand and began licking at the
girls eyeballs, as if they were sugar cubes. Their
bodies convulsed and flailed with an almost seizure
like intensity. At times their pale limbs seeming to
shift back and forth from one torso to the other. A
crowd gathered almost immediately to watch these two
girls tie and untie their bodies like a pair of
pit-vipers. They were confused, or concerned, or
shocked, or aroused, or all of the above. But no-one
dared interfere with the performance. Jennifer's long
ashen hair hung down concealing the girls face like a
curtain around a hospital bed. No one had any idea
that the girls eyes were revolving under her ruby
tongue. "This is disgusting, it's pornography"
exclaimed a pasty slut white woman in a fur coat,
vanilla ice-cream smeared across her double chin like
a money shot. Counting a balding professor type in his
mid-forties, his left hand stuffed crassly down the
front of his pants "No, no, no. This is beautiful,
this is art."
