is there any way to record incoming midi events like
twiddling a knob ?

i wanted to make something like this - that i can record and
loop a midi sequence i did with some knob...

can anybody help me out ?

click MIDI in the right upper corner. click on something you
want to knob. turn the knob to confirm the assignment. click
MIDI again. start recording. twiddle like a maniac. stop
recording. relisten

channel and then launch them during the set

I did this once while I was recording an acid track live but

you mean the ableton forum ?? nothing there... no reply
until now.

i actually solved it... kinda... i have linked my midiout
port to my midi in port (in my behringer bcr2000) and it
started to work.

the effect is just kinda sloppy but i'm working on it. i
might solve it i a few days.
