my fucking sister used to play her Gloria Estefan VHS tape
over and over again. so i have a predisposition to abhorr
anything related to Gloria

hence i will protest my hate of this video. it's cheesy. in

I wind my wife up, who is a Gloria Estefan .. fan, by
claiming that Dr Beat is her only hit and denying she had
any others. It's the kind of family in-joke that's probably

You mean the original or that Mylo/Miami Sound Machine
mashup that is doing the rounds that ignorant fools keep
telling me is, "A collaboration between Mylo and Miami Sound
Machine".

I was actually thinking of the track on the way to work and
umming and arring about getting hold of the acapella and
rearranging it so it says, "Won't you help me doctor
beats" as in, cutting up breaks, before launching
into some "Pads and Cut up breaks". BIYC will snap it up and
it'll be a top 10 hit.
