he wouldn't last a day in guantanamo. but seriously, this
could be quite a problem for haag..

he wasn't proved guilty yet, and he asked if he could go on
a medical treatment in russia, but they wouldn't let him..if
they found out it was his heart condition familly could
press charges probably, though im not a lawyer :)

my thoughts exactly. i would've liked to have seen him
formally disgraced by a sentence and serve out the rest of
his life in jail.

although i suppose he did really spend the last years of his
life in jail.

well, that had more to do with the "going to Russia" part,
though.

it doesn't say that he couldn't have had treatment in Den
Haag/The Hague.

no they screwed up making the accusations to abundant, a
normal trial ('european' the news said) just sentences
someone for the easiest to prove, if that means he's going
away for that a long time
they now made it too political trying to satify all the
victims
combo you're stupid, noone but his supporters give a crap
about this piece of crap dying

i still see reason for his trial to go ahead, i think it
will still hold significance even though he is dead

i don't know...

right now i think it's okay. the world is rid of him, the
people who died because of him wouldn't have been brought
back to life if he had spent more time in prison anyway.

of course, if i had been more directly affected by what he
did, if he killed one of my relatives for example, maybe i'd
be bitter right now. i'd be very bitter if he had been
released without charge too.

*shrugs*

anyway, what now... he's dead.

Obviously a cover-up, this sort of stuff happens all the
time...

I'm just wondering whether it was to execute him for justice
or whether it was meant to silence the truth. Probably the
former, but hard to tell.

yea right, conspiracy
5 years of trial and research uncovered alot of truth
anyway
truth isn't just a conviction
