i think these untilted recordings has raised my level of
respct and certainly my level of obsession for these
guys...i cant believe what im hearing mainly or how sick
that shite is...espesicially when you hear bits from the
album sprayed in

with those last two sentences, the way you describe it...
it sounds kind of gross. are you likening the music to
diarrhea?

so i need to hunt down that austin show? is that the best of
the lot? cause this montreal set is rediculous

offline jules from United States on 2006-03-09 21:19 [#01856608]
Points: 754 Status: Lurker

I love when bruce springsteen does his harmonica version of
the groove at the end of ipacial section while bon jovi is
killing the bass line from the end of augmatic disport in
quarter time. yum

The glasgow soundboard recording is the best autechre I've
ever heard.

It's like a rave from the future when robots rule the world
and keep people as slaves. But there are some slaves which
are more priviledged, like autechre. See, since robots can't
think in abstractions, they need fine electronica producers
to perform for their events.

I chose to keep Glasgow, Montreal, and SEOne. SEone is a
terribly distorted recording but lots of bass and the
phattest changeup in the beginning

Listening to the Glasgow set (not sure it's glasgow, but
it's 128kbps and def soundboard sourced) i can only think
one thing: just release it as an official live album,
damnit! The Untilted gigs were so much better than the
album. I'd be happy to pay some bucks for it. And i'm sure
others will, too.

If someone's got a flac lying around somewhere: please share
it. You'll make lots of people very happy.
