As you all well know my hosts have deleted my website for
the second time in as many weeks. This afternoon they
replied to my "query" and basically accused me of deleting
it. This did not please me.

I need to draft a reply to that informing them I no longer
need their services and that I've got hosting elsewhere now
and just need them to transfer over the details.

However, that's easy to write like that but I want to put it
across in a more elegant fashion whilst also voicing my
disgust at their quality of service.

I need to do this without expletives etc. Anyone got any
hints or able to post something I could adapt?

I'm just hitting a blank in writing this.

Thanks in advance.

Ps: Is this my longest post without swearing like a cunt?

Dear sirs

You are silly, and I am changing my hosting service. Please
forward my details to [blabla] and fuck off!

just say stuff like "i wish to inform you that I will no
longer be requiring your services as a host"

or, alternatively, "fuck off and leave me alone you cunts"

to whom it may concern

as a service provider you are required to perform on certain
tasks and i feel that in my specific case you did not. as
such i have chosen an alternate location of the services i
require. could you please transfer my 10,000 gigs of porn to
(service provider #1.org) as soon as possible. i do not wish
to have this situation develop further into more of a mess,
i just wish to get what is mine and leave peacefully.

thank you.

"and the even more annoying Scottish robot woman telling me
to look at your helpful website. HOW?"

- i love having issues with my internet connection, calling
the provider, and getting this advice - his sentiments are
perfect...HOW!!!???!!!

"such as a drill-bit and his cerebrum."

- LOL

Dear .....,

I have encountered some of the worst service in the past few
months of my contract with you. On the [give approximate
date], all of my website files -- some 39573 gigabytes --
were deleted and no backup was provided [was that the
case?].

Considering the rather good record AlphaMale Hosting
Services had with me prior to this incident, I begrudgingly
decided to give you the benefit of the doubt and continue to
host my website with you, presuming another disaster of even
comparable magnitude wasn't a possibility.

However, on the 82nd of March 2006, the exact same thing
happened, after I had gone to painstaking lengths to
reconstruct and reupload my whole website. To add insult to
injury, a customer service representative had the utter gall
and contempt to assert that it was I who had done the
damage.

This completely unacceptable and intolerable service has
left me no option but to seek hosting somewhere where
customers' data and website availability are actually taken
seriously. What kind of a hosting service is it that
destroys their customers' data, blahblahblah, blahblahblah.

[if you want some sort of refund, demand it here]

Yours Sincerely,
Richard D. James

and by the way, consider the possibility that it WAS in fact
"you" who deleted all the files.

They obviously have FTP logs, and that's why they said that
to you.

So obviously, one of the people you gave the login details
to isn't to be trusted.

Dan immediately came to mind. Where is that rascal?

There is a possibility but the two people who had the
details are trustworthy and had nothing to gain from
deleting the site. In fact, they stood to lose.

Cheers for that letter though. I'll work around it :)
