so, i have quit smoking cigarettes again, this time for good. last time, i quit cold turkey, for a year. all i did was go to sleep after my last cigarette, then the next day I chewed gum (not nicotine gum, just chewing gum) whenever I had a craving or urge. With that and some willpower, I managed to stay off for a year. I relapsed in January but now I'm back on the smoke-free train. Especially since the male side of my family have lung disease inherent in their line. So, I'll keep this as a record of my progress. As of 8:30pm (US Central Time), on March 4, Gustuf Young is smoke-free. It has been almost 23 hours. Wish me luck. The first few days are the toughest. |

I developed this revolutionary treatment when i gave up , whereby, whenever u feel like u want a cig, dont have one. i reckon its just a habit no harder to give up than drinking coffee or summat, dont make a big thing out of it. |
