hmm I really wanted to hate them but I'll pt my hands up and
say that the two singles they've released thus far have been
absolutely brilliant rock tracks. I bet you look good on
the dancefloor
is a classic and so is When The Sun
Goes Down
but I was seriously disappointed when I got
the album thinking it was going to be the next Definately
Maybe. I think they've just been hyped up waaay too much by
everyone - name a good album track, just try..

I've seen their name everywhere, what kind of music are
they? Apparently they've been selling like hotcakes. Are
they being hyped because they don't totally suck?

The album lasted about 3 days before I discarded it, aside
from Fake Tales cause the ending is banging.

P.S. Do - a - search

ppl are always banging on about his `story telling lyric
style' as if he invented it or were telling stories which
were any good
from what i read in the paper his songs are about girls who
wouldnt go out with him in school
theyre not even as good as Supergrass
and they wouldnt go to the Brits because its "not cool"
i hope they fall under the wheels of their own hype
bandwagon

it says, quite simply, "shit-sandwich"

"you can't print that can you?"

They (or rather the singer) were amusingly belligerent at
the NME awards last night, kinda bumped them back up again a
bit in my eyes. "Ah didn't know it were fancy dress party
larrrk"
