I have this track called "Tybalt 60", I believe I ripped it
from a stream. Anyway, its really good, but I don't know who
its by..?

Sounds a like Arovane a bit, perhaps?

Seriously? Come to think of it, no one ever really mentions
Dntel or the Postal Service much around here (the latter of
the two, I am OK with.)

I searched on a couple of CD stores for it, though one's
search engine is completely screwed and one doesnt have it,
which is why I couldn't find it.
