And to be friends with Cylob.

I don't like how it makes it seem vital to have a lot of
friends, for this reason I dont tell anyone where my myspace
page is although I have 2

This is what I don't get.. I understand adding people you
know, or know online whatever, so you ... have somewhere to
keep in contact.. or other people that know you can find
you.. but, random people being your "friend", is... I know
I'm too old anyway but... that aspect, I don't understand.

I think it's supossed to be a convenient way of keeping in
contact with your mates + all those 9000 friends that people
have, you can bulleten them saying 'I'm going to have a wank
online in 20 minutes' or 'I'm playing live in bradford at
the Nonces Arms at 7pm upstairs"

that's not all you can post about though. you can also do a
"check out my new messy-crazy-cool haircut" or "URHOT" or
"who do you have for fourth period?"

Jumping jesuits!

I accepted one dude because he had a weird picture. I don't
know why he added me though.

Ahhh, ok, I think i get it, if i really was a proper "band"
with gigs and that, yeah,. I see, it'd be pretty cool to
have a "mailing list" all ready to hit up with "Catch
Grinning Ape at the Smuggler's Muff on Friday supporting
B-0990, and don't forget Sunday at the Black Cock I'll be
fourth on the bill at a special lunctime all ages show,
complete with puppets"

Exactly, also as was talked about on the Daily show, the
down side there's lots of sexual predators on there. The
upside there's plenty of sexual prey on there.

That evens it out then.

I do tend to worry that the ENTIRE world is in a band, me
included. I just don't want to find out, via myspace, that
my mum and dad are in an Electroclash performance troupe.

My recently retired mum has taken up water colour painting
classes, I'd be horrified if I saw her myspace blog
advocating promiscuos 'love holidays' for the inner artist.
