Ok, so who likes it, and what are your favorite tracks?
I really like it... it took me a while to get into, but I like it now... my favs are Polygon Window, Audax Powder, Quixote, Portreath Harbour (rereleased version) and Quino-Phec... although, each one except Quoth is good...

I love it... it's one of the first Aphex albums I got, and it's never gotten old for me
Favorite tracks are Polygon Window, Audax Powder, Untitled 7, and Quino-phec (which is on my list of all-time relax tracks also).

I also like to surf on sine/cosine waves in my spare time. Good, clean fun.

Quoth is great!
incidently, a lot of the elements of Surfing on sine waves... is inspired by house. early songs of RDJ "warping" house to his own devices... bad pun i know but true

One of my fave aphex albums...
Theres def something about the sound that makes it "Polygon Window" rather than "Aphex Twin", which is kinda interesting...it's not often that an artist is able to release under different names and keep the quality way up there in the way rdj does...
"ACID MIGHT KILL THE POPULATION"...love that dark acid vibe of so many of the trax on here...was a little dissapointed that the recent 2 extra tracks weren't so dark...but fuck, it was nu aphex so I ain't complaining...

all tracks great... my fav are, polygon window, audax power, quixote, untitled, quino-phec, ...., when you look at these songs trough a spectrograph(speling), the differences (some ) are visible, like the sounds is extremly compressed, the wave form is very don't know how to say but its very curve, like there is no peek.
indeed a pretty old school album that sounds great 10 years later...

I'm listening to it now, having left work early, waiting for a bus, glorious Spring sunshine. My favourite tracks are Quixote, Untitled (annoying, I think, being called 'Untitled'), If It Really Is Me, Quino-Phec... Polygon Window, the track
I've heard too many times, I wish I could unhear it and then hear it anew. Interesting what Ubik says 14 years ago about House. Listening to it through a House lens gives it a different angle to how Id previously approached it these last 35 years, which should be obvious but eluded me as I guess I maybe don't really understand Dance Music despite mainly listening to dance music. Maybe I should dance more often to it, who can say?

Sorry, I make this mistake all the time too. Ubik's post is actually from 24 years ago :(
It's very fucked up.
Quixote is so, so amazing. I think it might be the best track he's ever done. Immortal music.

Pleased to see a good turn out for Quixote, probably my fave as well although the title track is up there, UT1 – Dot and Supremacy II. specially mention to Iketa from Quoth as well.
