Rhythm and sound is my favorite. They did that "with the versions" album, as well as a "with the artists" version.

I really love the early upsetters stuff. The gritty nasty recordings. The nasally organs. Happy melodies. Is this dub? I have always been clueless on what is true dub.

"dub" (electronic music guide) - not to bad description..
nowadays the term is often used for remixes in different styles as well.. this makes it quite difficult to see what exactly is meant by dub.. also there is a quite wide range of different dub styles.. going from "remixed reggae without voices" over vladislav delay kind of abstrakt ambientish sounds to dub techno (basic channel).. main caracterictic to me are delay-effects that are used in most kind of dub-music
