have you guys had any problem with it?
i payed for a couple of items,
but i didnt recieve any mail (only the paypal one)...
im trying to contact them,
but none of the mails i found in the page are working.
im expecting to recieve the items shortly,
but internet transactions always drive me insecure...

yes, I have had a problem with them before, a few years
back.

I ordered what at the time was a new comp, paid for it
through paypal and they said they'd have to calculate
shippingcosts etc and get back to me.

they didn't get back to me.

so I e-mailed after a few months (!) and they mailed back
"sorry, sorry, we'll throw in some extra stuff, please pay
the shippingcosts, which are..".

I paid the shippingcosts.

few months go by. nothing happens.

I e-mail again. no reply. wait a bit. another e-mail from
me, this time pretty angry, something like "do you even
bother reading e-mails these days". they replied kind of
annoyed "sorry, busy busy busy, sending the stuff again,
extra stuff".

nothing happens. I gave up. never ordered from them directly
again.

mind you, I still think it's a great label. I was hoping
they'd either give up the shop-part or reorganise it.

Don't WARP stock Schematic stuff, or is that just with their
Bleep releases?

honestly, it is cheaper for me to buy on schematic than
buying on warp or boomkat... why is england so fucking
expensive? why is warp so fucking expensive if they are
selling their own stuff and could sell it a lot cheaper? why
does warp albums cost me the same that buying them on my
local store, after milions of intermediares? i dont
understand... but internet buying only is good for getting
hardtofind items, not for buying cheaper. and thats a shame!
(what were we talking about?)

melack, thank you

i posted on here a year ago about how expensive warpmart is
and how i refuse to buy anything, ever, from them - i even
went as far as to email them and tell them my issue

when i posted about it on here i, of course, got a bunch of
morons telling me the pound is worth more than the dollar,
wow, no shit - my issue was with the fact that i was buying
a squarepusher record, from the label who produced said
item, and it was at least $4 usd more expensive then buying
it in a shop here, and was about $2 usd more expensive then
other british shops

granted when you order from them they give you useless shit
like luke vibert stickers or chris clark flyers - a flyer
for a show in london? i live in philadelpha you idiots

fuck warpmart - i gave them up in 2004 and will never, NEVER
order from them again

warpmart exclusive... bastards!

because Warp likes money, them being a business after all.
also because the intermediaries, as you call them, will
likely not approve of Warp selling their own stuff cheaper.

the intermediaries will say "fuck you, Warp, sell all of it
through your website then" and that means a large part of
distribution drops away.

perhaps I'm completely wrong ofcourse.

I was going to post, that for me things went smoothly, when
I realised that R. Devine's Cautella was on Sublight.
