Come To Daddy is really bad in my opinion, I didn't like
the mp3 either. Film is very nice from what i've heard so
far though.

Flim is one of his best tracks imo.

Bucephalus Bouncing Ball is very innotive. I love the ball
sounds recreated, although I can guarentee he studied a real
bouncing ball simulation or something to get the perfect
sound :D. The synths are nice and happy too which is great.

Congrats white head!

It is a very playful album. Probably the most playful.

Funny Little Man is certainly playful... very weird too!

For about a year I feelt like IZ-US was his best track ever.

IZ-US is brilliant, so is the whole Come to Daddy EP (IMO).

I think it stands as a really good bridge for people new to
Richards work cause it seems like a lot of people's first
taste of Aphex Twin is via Come to Daddy video clip.

So they go out and buy the EP and discover that there are
lots of different styles not just Come to Daddy style stuff
and I think this is a very good thing.

A great EP. But I love the tracks Flim + Iz-Us much more
with the vocals of Céline Lambert (check them out in the
Custom section)

if you take the cds as one release (or listen to the
mini-album) it is the the most comprehensive piece of work
he has done cos it covers pretty much all the styles he had
worked in it is pretty much all wicked

Does anyone know what synth he uses on Film and BBB? Or is
it one of his homemade concotions?

well he is the king of analogue synths ain't he?

anyways, come to daddy is one of my favourite aphex albums -
all the songs are at least great, and several are
outstanding. a beautiful piece of engineering

I really like that album! espicially lord faulteroy. come to
daddy and mummy mix is a little annoying, but the rest is
dope.

Yep, too true! He should release a special edition with
Celine singing on it. Perhaps have her singing on more of
his more laid back tracks.

i love it all... except know i'm disgusted of CtD mummy mix,
cos i heard it too often, n funny little man is annoying for
me... but the rest... few!
and it was like 6 euro when i bought the mini-album, what a
great price for all this great music!

I haven't heard the mummy mix yet... is it really bad?

Ha ha, hopefully the Euro should stop Brits getting fucked
in the ass when they pay for music. We'll see that an album
is 10 euros or whatever and we're getting charged 15 for it
and have an insurrection!
