find yourself a nice rss-reader....... use google........
then add "http://xltronic.com/rss/podcast.xml" into that
software.

Here you go mate.

Download this program called Great News, it is also
very easy to use. When you've installed it click on:
Channel --> Add --> Channel and put as address
http://xltronic.com/rss/podcast.xml to display the
official discuss thread of each show done on Xlt.

If you're interested to display the news as well, just do
the same but instead to insert
"http://xltronic.com/rss/podcast.xml" type
http://xltronic.com/rss/news.xml".
