In my room in front of my mirror, but nowhere else. If you
saw me dance, you'd agree my moves are avant-garde genious.

When I saw Autechre live they were playing tracks as complex
as any Confield tracks and I danced a good portion of the
show. The floor was packed with people dancing. I mean,
this was very unconventional dancing, but it was dancing.
Most live shows I go to I wouldn't think about not dancing.
Moving the body to the sound puts me that much closer to it.

Then again i was dosed, but I'd like think I'd have danced
either way.

i think that one of those crazy martial artist guys could do
it.
as long as their style had fast movements

a cartoon could dance to autechre.

I thought it was listening music. The stuff you just sit to
listening rather squiffy (caned, tis the language of the
warboian).

no, it's impossible... I have tried, but when you get up and
start dancing the cd somehow causes the cd player to shoot
out a bolt of electricity which paralyzes you for the
remainder of the album...

stuff off evane can be danced to and so can the very early
stuff like crystel and egg off AI, but most can't really be
danced to other than spazzing out: tip, if you want to break
up with a girl try putting autechre on while you shag, and
then shag in time to it (as best as you can) and she willl
think you are some sort of dickskitz and break up with you,
without any of the hassle of dumping her...

A similar question is 'can the sound be converted to light',
which is definately possible, though there would be nearly
infinite possible interpretations, they'd just have to
unfold in a similar structure in time, time could be
converted to distance etc.

yeah w M w, but we don't use logic to do the conversions.
it's all intuition baby!
