Look into old neighborhoods and find a number of vacant or junked houses. Track down the owners and ask if they are interested in selling. You will eventually find someone. Buy contract to fix up house. Take contract you got for the house and sell to a contractor for a higher price. |

Buy candy bars for the retail price ($0.75 usually) then sell them to your friends and family for $1.00 apiece. You make a quarter for every bar. Just don't buy in bulk, you may not sell all of them. Get them on a need-to-have basis. It sounds dumb, but it works. I tried it and got around $25 in quaters over a week. |

pre-order a new games console (eg. the Playstation 3) and then sell it for a higher price on ebay as soon as it arrives. One sale might not get you much but if you do enough.. You can also buy old mobile phones v. cheaply on ebay and then sell off all the individual parts and make a tidy profit. |
