In a recent puzzle game and shmup (shoot 'em up) interest i've been having i tried to get this game.
it's all overpriced everywhere online (i'm sure you record fiends know about oop items) , but i did get to play the demo my friend had from an old playstation underground disc.
this game rules. the sound gives a nervous creepy feel which adds to the already nervwracking gameplay. the graphics, although obviously dated, still look awesome. everything about this game i love.
my friend is trying to DL a burnable copy from various bit torrents and irc. if there is any luck, i hope i won't fail all my upcoming classes this semester.
game premise:
there are rows of cubes coming at you. black ones, you do not want to mark (and make dissapear), because it will result in one row of the back end of the stage to drop off (if this happens too many times you will drop off and lose). grey ones you want to mark and green ones as well (which will create a bomb area surrounding where that cube was marked comprising of 8 tiles). you can let a few grey blocks drop off, but usaully the limit is 3 or 4. don't get crushed by the blocks either. when you die or finish the game, you get an iq score (although not anything accurate because it can go up to 999). it's fun to completely blow at this game and get an iq of something around 3.
omg if you can ever play this game do so. and if you can ever send me a free ntsc copy, do so as well.

I played it as a demo ages ago. And yes, I have played an emu version of the game too (all the way through with save states). It's pretty addictive: Almost as good as Devil Dice or the superb Kula World.
But if you're really looking for the game, it might help to know that it's also known as Kurushi. It's out there, at least from time to time.

I could never get the hang of that game. I had the demo of the first one and I just sucked so badly at it. I was rubbish at devil dice as well, I wonder if they use the same part of the brain that I have no intelligence. Kula World was awesome though, I did love that one.
