I haven't checked your site yet, but is the aefaq originally taken from autechre.nu? knut, from the autechre.nu crew, built up that faq for autechre.nu, so.........ahem.... oh well.... maybe someone stole the content from autechre.nu and put it on some usenet group. Damn, I really need to put up the autechre.nu content soon.... |

rofl.. the aefaq is taken from http://www.waveform.dk/aefaq.txt It says.. "This faq has been assembled from discussions on the alt.music.autechre newsgroup, as well as magazine interviews and other sources. The FAQ is currently maintained by Knut Andreas Ruud, based on a sketch by Kenny Johnson and Martin Krois. Most of the questions that were posted to Martin Krois' Autechre faq submission page have been included here. Thanks a lot to all contributors of this FAQ - this would not have been possible without your help. The current version of this FAQ has been approved/corrected by Autechre, so I guess it's an official FAQ now." Phobia if you want me to take it down, I will no problem. I just wanted everything in one place, and also in case the site goes down, I could only find one mirror of it online. But it's up to knut if you know him, or up to you. |

cx: yeah, that's the one.... knut decided to host and maintain the faq in the name of autechre.nu... but that was a few years ago.... so no problem if you wanna keep it on your site. all autechre.nu content (it's a lot!) will be used in the autechre section of xltronic..... |
