sidsel endresen is a norwegian singer. she's been working
with jazz /electronica people like bugge wesseltoft. that's
all i know.

Yes, SE is a very good singer.

She also appears on many other releases on jazzland and
other jazz releases (e.g. Nils Petter Molvær - ER).

Mari Boine has a similar voice (though its often a "joik")
