I know it's probably an easy question to answer, but seeing as I don't know my beats, what are the breaks used in the intro to the cartoon "Powerpuff Girls" and that one sample used in the Go! Plastic track "My Fucking Sound" as well as Ultravisitor's "District Line II". The sample of the guy's voice sounds pretty cool.

there are several drum samples used frequently by many musicians that are royalty-free. you'd be surprised how many people use that jungle break.

When Squarepusher drop one of those really obvious breaks into a track, it's more of a reference to old school d'n'b than anything.

soul pride is actually an old james brown tune, along with funky drummer and gobs of other old school jungle breaks. if im not mistaken, james brown is the most sampled man in the world.
oh, and in the beginning of beep street, while tom does keep the same rhythm structure, you can tell each hit is resampled

K3wl. Thanks. I really like that sample in Ultravisitor where the clip goes "Welcome to blackfoot" but time stretched massively. Then when he uses it on Go Plastic with that really rollin' sounding sequence.
