is it at all feasable for me too beleive that passive
smoking could effect my brain and depress me? im noticing an
odd pattern of passive smoking and short bouts of feeling
really down...

...never smoked in my life and never will, but i was just
wondering if something like cigarette smoke could do that
too my brain?

I'm a doctor, and I think you should know that cigarettes
cause cancer. I'm going to sell this new information to the
world and get rich! RICH!

Smoke in small doses is actually exercise for the lungs.

How long do you feelings of being 'down' last Teapot?

True, but the impurities you inhale make your lungs defence
system stengthen. Only when you get too much into your
system does it become damaging. Passive smoking is
benificial for an evening but smoking or an enviroment
constantly filled with smoke is BAD. So don't do it O.K.

smoking also causes heart disease (or has a very suss.
correlation).

i'm just speculating teapot .. but seeing nicotine is highly
addictive, it could be withdrawal from nicotine ?? (as the
withdrawal symptoms [i think] usually are antagonistic to
what the drug actually does) .. hence the tremens from
alcohol (stimulated) - and depression from nicotine ?? I
don't know .. might be a possibility

i aint no doctor tho

Don't go to a smoke filled enviroment if it makes you feel
ill. I make a point of never visiting leper collanies.

I get down after drinking coffee... well really if I go a
while without drinking it now... but it is known that
caffeine does that... yet I still drink it...

If you stay away from these places, and the headaches go
away - then you'll have your answer!

I don't know how I'll do it, probably nothing fancy. Maybe
I'll arrive in a bus and trick them, running them over
instead of pulling up to them. That'll teach 'em.
