OK- this seems to be a half full / half empty litmus test sort of thing:
I have an iPOD. Its entirely backed up. I want to pick the music I want to listen to for the 18 treacherous days I will be spending back home. Sooooo...... should I delete the mediocre tracks and add new ones or should I delete the whole thing and carry over the ones I want to hear? This is the 1st time I've ever tried to rearrange whats on there.

Oh my, thats quite the dilema youve got on yourhands. Better you seek the advice of a youth conselor or clergyman.

Don't change a thing because it is always one of the tracks you delete that you spend the whole time wanting to listen to.

That's true, but maybe i'd like to listen to some new stuff as well.
I suggest you buy another iPod or you don't get back home. Personnaly I encounter the same dilemma : which album am I going to burn on my laptop + which CDs to bring with me in my car ?

Your best bet is to make a thread about it.
