I remember thinking he wasnt going to come back. They got attacked a couple of times if memory serves correct. He called from indiana and it was great to hear him tell stories while a bunch of marines laughed mightily in the background. I was plastered on thanksgiving. I wasnt planning on it but those beers were going down like water while i talked loads of shit with my cousins and my sister. I am sure people think differently of me LOL. My sister's boyfriend was stationed in Basra, he definately seems more together and mature since he got back. He went out for six months but the fuckers made him stay for nine. He's quit the army now. |
