First ever commercial release that used a Roland TB-303.
(As it was intended as a bassline synth) Awesome record too.

Oh, and Franz Ferdifags should go around to Edwin Collins'
house to apologize.

So sorry dude, if there was some sort of TV performance with
a bass guitar, it was purely for show. The record clearly
features a 303. Bass guitars do not sound like that.

"Their biggest hit, 'Rip It Up' was the first chart record
to feature the Roland 303 bass sound that became the staple
of acid house. And the only reason it features a 303 is
because some bright spark told them it was how the bass
sound they craved, as heard on records like Matt Bianco's
'Get Out Your Lazy Bed' and Imagination's 'Just An
Illusion', was created. Sadly it wasn't. Still, being the
first chart record to us a 303 is very cool indeed."

The TB-303 came out in 1982. Maybe you should know what the
fuck you're talking about before you start asking people
what the fuck they're talking about.

PWND!1!!!11

It was an ironic pwnd. I would never use such vernacular.

Nope. It's a 303. How times do you need this explained to
you?

The 303 came out in 1982. Maybe there was a bass guitar on
the track, but there was also a 303. It's very simple.

"are you on drugs? this was 1983. what the fuck are you
talking about?"

You started it. That's stupid.

The thing you have to understand about earthleakage is that
he doesn't explain anything clearly, ever, and then calls
people names.
