my mom was on the computer nearby..towards the end of the
video my mom asked 'who is this?' 'its bjork' i replied
'oh, its really nice'

just thought that was kinda neat

very cool video also..twas the first time i had seen it..

Ictroboy
that pagan poetry video is awsome. it played before the
movie "waking life" so i got to see it on a giant screen.
that movie is also excellent by the way.

yea i know what you mean by outdoor shows. on the last cure
tour i saw them in New Orleans in a theatre, and in Chicago
outdoors. a lot was lost in the outdoor setting. it's much
less intimate. i don't normally enjoy festivals, but this
line-up is too good to miss. i will enjoy every minute and
will be drinking LOTS of water to keep cool!

Did you go to last years?...Man that lineup was WAY
BETTER....

ALOT more good music....

But this year should be cool....I plan on camping out and
eating lots of acid....Should be cool...Even though there
are not ALOT of artists I care about this year....

You going both days LeCoeur?

She's great. Big part of my childhood-ish years.

Also a really great actress, Dancer in the Dark is a great
film with a great soundtrack.

debut and homogenic are really good albums, her voice is
really expressive and some of the work she did with lfo is
cool.

My first ever venture in music was a bjork cd :) I remember
it so well *sigh*

Debut was my favourite cd for years, and then post came, but
i wasn't as fond of it as i was of debut... homogenic and in
the end vespertine really blew me away... The remix cd, and
selma songs were the lesser releases, selma songs was to
short (nice duet with Thom Yorke though).

Bjork forever! :) *maybe i'm a little in love*

Seems that PLAID even produced some of her tracks (or just
remixes)

out, and i find her music boring.

yea i'll be there both days!!

i hope i can stand the heat that long. i'm not a person that
likes to be out in the sun, it causes me major migraines a
lot of times. so i'll be in the shade as much as
possible....=)

i find her strangely compelling-i cant say i love but...i
have all her cd's-most of the singles too
but vespertine is great
i found homogenic a bit too heavy overall but it had the
best song ever on it-all is full of love and the video is
very very good

I love Bjork. I listened to nothing but Bjork for a long
time and my mother hates her, so that was an issue for a
while. If it sounds at all beautiful, creative/orignial, or
in any way that I might like it, my mom is opposed to it.
If it sounds horrible and ignorant and uninovative, my mom
loves it. I really don't understand.

Evolume, I saw the video on bigscreen before Waking Life
also. Oh, what a treat! I also went to Chicago to see her
live at the Lyric Opera House. I don't know what to say
about that experience... wish I was still there.
