I saw this earlier. It's about time...

I just can't decide if I should order right away or wait
until some US distributor gets copies.

I'm also sorta pissed that they ran out of "And The
Ambulance Died In His Arms..."

At first this will be available only through our
mail-order service but copies should reach your local
independant record store (if you still have one) in time for
Christmas.

good news indeed. let's hope they didn't press something
like 200 copies so it will only be available for about 2
hours.

This album wails ridiculously a lot. Cutted and pasted from
a post I made somewhere else-

''One listen isn't enough to take all this in and make total
sense of it, but my first impression is of tracks that feel
a lot like the Musick to Play in the Dark series, haunting
stuff. But it's more colorful, and even kind of fun. I know
he obviously came up with this music before he was dead (!),
but it seems like there's a lot of dark humor that mixes
with the pathos and it really feels ''right'', in context...
I bet he thinks the way he died was kind of funny and
stupid, but still heartbreaking.

Some interesting arrangement choices, that French-accordian
thing on the third track made me grin, first track has a
really austere organ/synth thing going on, so pleasing to
the ears... the production is awesome and it's an eclectic
album, nice compendium of all kinds of Coilsounds. I heard
Musick-era ambience, LSD-era electronics, Black Light
Districtesque sound experiments, and neo-classical styles
they've always been toying with... but it's still
consistent, it all leans towards the ''emotional'' sides of
all those styles. But it's not over the top, the album's got
a sad half-smile. So awesome.''

Gay4it, I thought it was funny that this was being hyped up
as ''the Coil album of all-times'' or whatever but I think
it's upper tier at least.

If anyone really wants to hear it, the first track from this
album is on Brainwashed's Dec. 3rd podcast. Here's a link.

This is a really, really REALLY good album.

I could be wrong... but I think that "french-accordian
thing" is a hurdy gurdy.
