So there it is - CAMERIMAGE festival. They had only one
screening I wanted to see - Drawing Restraint 9. I saw it
and I really think it's Barneys most beautiful film(?). It
is about commitment between lovers and about trust. Lots of
organic sounds between organic shots - lots of blood, flesh,
body and whale's fat... It was a real pleasure to watch it.
Barney should realease Cremasters and DR9 on DVD.

I've only seen Cremaster 3 but i had alot of discussions
about the film with my old English tutor who had seen most
of them. he is quite fascinated by them.

I would love to see Drawing Restraint 9, the soundtrack is
so lush, especially 'storm'

Apparently the DVD of the cremaster thing is butchered. So
i've seen none of them, seen the stills but the fuckin
pretentiousness of not releasing his films commercially
pisses me of. I want to be pretentious!

That's because he doesn't want every Johnny-Two Pence and
any Hilda-Still Birth to see his film, innit
