if you want mos def, he has one solo album *black on both sides*, one album with talib kweli *blackstar* -- and talib kweli has an album with Dj hitek - *eternal reflection: train of thought* ... i have all three on CD and i love em to bits... reading your post, i feel that you might already know this, and just want the MA/mos def track...hmmm...well it is called I against I - i am downloading it off audiogalaxy... :) apparantly it is on the Blade II soundtrack |

i don't know much about the korean war, but i think viet nam is a popular movie subject matter is something to do with the directors being at university/young adult age when it occurred -- plus, it took place during a very interesting era in modern social history... summer of love, woodstock, richard Mockery nixon etc |

vietnam was not technically a WAR for the US......that amoung other things is the reason it's talked about a lot more than Korea or other 'wars' that the US was involved in. another thing is we left vietnam with our tails between our legs, we were in effect defeated, i think that still grates on the nerves of a lot of people in the US till this day. we made the classic mistake, underestimated the enemy. |
