I'm taking a hiatus from the internet and television untill I get my life straightened out. My sleep patterns are unaligned, I'm always groggy, my life is a perpetual haze. I never know what day it is or when I watched or read something. This is too much. I'm asleep when school starts and awake when the city is asleep. I talk on various messageboards and chatrooms, download crap, surf the net for hours on end in the hours of the moon. This has to stop. I'll be back, but not anytime soon. Take care everyone. |

that's quite extreme..something i should really do as im not getting any sleep..i slept like 16 hours in the whole week..and i'll get another 4 tonight..i feel lousy all day long because of it.. |

im gonna see about getting sleep meds when i get my first check up in, what, two years - when my health kicks in from this new job i never sleep for more than an hour at a time, toss and turn, and cant stop my mind from racing...its REALLY annoying... i hate to turn to meds but nothing, i mean nothing, has worked - and alcohol induced sleep isnt truly rewarding or healthy good luck w/ your unplugging...i do that every so often, but only for a couple weeks...helps you realize interesting things |
