It depends, sometimes I use "who" and sometimes I use "that", in english they mean almost the same thing, I believe. Is there some particular difference? |

who is used when you refer to a person - like; who did this? who wants to know? etc. as for that - you can for example say - who is that person? that makes no sense. i said that i'll be back in no time. etc. so it doesn't have the same meaning really, nor is the same thing. not trying to be an arse here, just helping out :) |
