one of my fav artist for a long time, but i have kinda forgot him the last years, since he hasn't released anything lately. does anyone have any information or news on whats Lassi Nikko's up to these days? |

dunno which of these kids is the one. one of em calls himself blamstrain or something. by the way, their liveset on panoptica was absolutely awful. worst performance of the night, and nothing like brothomstates' releases. one of my alltime fav idm tracks by him is called something like 'brothomstates vs bill yard' (dont have it on the puter) and i was hoping for soundscapes like this, with spatious (sp?) sound and subtle clicks and cuts, but all we got was a horrible mess of drumloops, bad scratches and impossible mixing.. |

Terve Esa (you won't remember me)! :) btw, it really has been a WHIIIILE since Claro LP and Qtio EP. I've seen Lassi twice lately, and he's doing all sorts of collabs, community projects and live mixing (mostly in the deep house department, for some reason). I wish he'd release something. But I won't have anyone dissing him for cheap laughs. Not only is he a great guy, but stuff like "vs. Bill Yard" and "Jak Got Stuck..." and "Kava" are one of my all time favourite pieces in the field. Get a grip, folks. |

Brothomstates is one of my favourite artists. His music rules the dancefloor, especially the likes of rktic mix and the first track of the Brothomstates ep. To see people laying shit on him is most disheartening... for shame (I would like something new though...please) |
