DEAR GOD IT'S FUCKING AMAZING

i don't know what to say. such a mishmash of sounds.
perfect. polyphonic and polyrhythmic, just perfect, right up
my street. haven't been this happy since i first discovered
the guy.

dunno why there isn't more fuss about him.

absolutely... and this man is actually playing these
instruments isn't he? I read on his wiki page that he's
acquired abilities with many different instruments, but this
is just incredible. there's even flamenco guitar passages in
some of the songs. stunning.

Yes, he plays them all himself, I've seen a video-interview.
Awesome album!

I set a schoolbuoy at sea once. it's taught many ships many
things.

the opening to Sangari 7 reminds me of "Now you know you're
black" by the Frogs, from their album "Racially Yours".

Bit of useless information. i'm just posting like a madman
because i'm so fucking hyped by this masterpiece :D:D:D

i miss his older non-squarepusher sounding stuff - the first
stuff i got into - have yet to hear this but will give it a
go, if not, why not?

:-)

you mean when he sounded like muziq on M3 or april?
all of his stuff is incredible, reunion is quite a
masterpiece even without the crazy lawn wake drums
