I don't know, today I got a sudden rush of despair, as if
the air around me got too heavy for me. I know I'm not the
type of person to say this, but I honestly felt like crying.
I felt as if something bad is going to happen or did happen.
It was un-explainable, just a lot of stress I guess. Someone
do something. Bye.

im not sure what i could do to help, but if it means
anything ive been going through the same shit lately. im
bouncing between horribly alone and despaired and neutral
and numb.

try to get out of the house, find some people to hang out
with. dont sit at home and wallow in saddness, cuz youre
only going to prepetuate it that way. [i should listen to my
own advice.]

It happened to me too. I got clincially depressed. Cryed ou
tof nowwhere. Turned into a different person. I'm not
normally like this. I had to get help. I'm good now. Don't
let it get out of hand.

Have you seen the film "Saw"? If not, I suggest you watch it
and then try to reflect on the fact that life isn't so bad
after all.

drift back out to sea.
