I wish their live sets were available to download or buy,
because they really are fucking awesome. Saw Doyobi in 2001
when they opened for Autechre and then again at ATP 2003.

more blip blip, less woo woo.

kinda.

I'm really enjoying this live performance but rarely feel
the urge to listen to them on record.

I recomend you:

*push chairs for grownups
there is also a cd with remixes of this, but I prefer the
original ep

*dfo:bad ep (fantastic first track)

*demons to diamonds 7''

also they have two albums, of which I recomend the first one
better:

cryptoburners

(the album and the first ep I suggested are easy to get
anywhere, specially boomkat or warpmart)

I just have the impression that you have not really listened
to much of their stuff, but still you judge it as if you
knew it all... oddioblender is asking for good releases by
them to start with, and if you dont know what they do its
not fair that you just say that what they do is not as good
as what they are playing

all i said is they don't put stuff like this out on records
mister.

but how do you know?
have you listened to at least half of what they ve done?

i listen to more than half of what they released. dunno how
much they made though. and there's plenty of music like this
out there so i don't see why this would be their music if
indeed it's someone elses. and let me state here that i
prefer artists playing other people music and put it in
perfect sets like this. this is all i have to say buddy :)

and of course this is a radio show, where he mixes music he
likes without having to be their music,... so of course
manytimes it just doesnt sound like them... but its them
mixin it

and if one likes how they mix, lets say that is also closer
to like what they produce

cryptoburners sounds like a good starting point from what
i've seen here. thanks all. :)

well I love it... but dont forget about "push chairs for
grown ups"

I think its really cheap at warpmart (it was in boomkat till
the skam sale ended) and it was my fist doyobi, and it
worked

good luck
