Would anyone be so kind as to recommend me an album of
theirs? I haven't heard them, but want to.

I think Tiny Reminders was good. Also "stay down"

If you can find a copy, "return to the flight path estate"
is awesome. Quite hard to come by, unless you are prepared
to pay about £20 for the cd on eBay.

In fact all TLS releases on the Audio Emissions label were
very good.

I think i can agree. I was browsing over at discogs
and thought the same thing. When i originally opened this
thread i couldnt remember 1 album for some reason.

Good music though.

I'm sure I was told at some point that only around 4/5
pieces of kit were used to make the album, with
weatherall/tenniswood squeezing as many sounds out of them
as possible to see what they could get.

I love the rawness of this album, especially compared to
releases like tiny reminders, which sounds quite polished in
comparision.

Loved the artwork, too.

That album is Very Good. Didn't know about the 4/5 machines
thing, but I guess that's why it sounds so sparse.

Do so, cos it fucking rules.

Also if you get chance, try swimming not skimming, or
stockwell steppas.
