id like to be an excellent good chef, to be able to produce amazing main courses as well as desserts. id also like to fly a plane. in answer to your other question presley, one reason why im pursuing cookery as a profession is because i felt the need to be something. it had to be something i found interesting. going out for dinner is my favourite pasttime, so its fallen into place that way i always watch planes fly overhead with some kind of awe. |
