Anyone else agree on this? I love this MB because you can actually talk about music and good music at that...Intelligent people who's opinions I hold high. Lately I see topics that look like they are from some ridiculous YAHOO board.... Maybe I am just old and cranky or maybe I am just a real drip...but either way...I think we should leave the posts on v5 to "actual" important and relative topics..... IMO.... (stands arms wide open...ready for the shots) |

I did write this in another post though, so I do sorta agree with you. I think the rapid fire exchange of information at soulseek has had an effect on this messageboard. Normally giving information about ones departure into never never land would not be a worthy message to deserve a post. I think more thought should be put into posts that will last longer. Like this: snicker snaker Snoo! NFFF nyuk nyuk nyug mmmm fff ploopf... Copied and pasted topics are great too because they force people to reread crap. I like to have a principle like "only thought-out topics please" and then do exactly the reverse to deliberately make things more fucked up, it's great. I probably acquired this behavior as I found the exact reverse of what is good (or what I want) occurs whether I cause it or not... |

I never heard of this data or information, but I suspect it's ludicrous. Chimpanzees are but one likely example, but I suppose creatures mate guided by the evolved behavior manifested in genes somehow. This can be regarded as pleasure. They wouldn't do it if there was no "force" driving them. I bet starfish get pleasured all the time by themselves. If you cut a worm in two, it reproduces, I wonder if that's pleasureful... |

I almost agree, Ironlung, but "No more" is pretty hard to live up to. Reducing the number of sexualoriented topics is a good start tho. Let's hope you people will follow my advice or else we need to take action. ;-) |

well like Phobia was saying...I also would hate to try and "limit" the MB to certain topics.... I just hate to see stuff like "Penis Size" and " Top 5 Boobies" as topics on our board....
