hey hey hey. question time.
on this version of Crowsmengegus Mix its got this weird
little extra song at the end of the track, followed by the
respect list.
... :o this is for real? cos its got same time as discogs
and xlt discography..

well, yes, the main track lasts 1'40'', and in 1'43'' the
second part of the track starts... with a total diferent
structure, rithym and everything... so it could be
considered an extra track yes and not a second part of the
track

actually this second part or extra track is longer than the
first part. it starts at 1'43'' and ends at 5'12'' and then
respect list starts at 5'13'' and ends at 5'52''

so the track or iferent part leghts of this track are:

first part: 1'42''
second part: 3'29''
respect list: 39''

what I dont like about some of the ventolin mixes is that
they seem like badly recorded as it has lots of reverb (in a
bad way)

some of it sounds like a shitty demo of a cheap synth

I'll need to dig this 12" from the vaults, now you've made
me want to listen to it again :)

Everytime someone mentions this ep I feel compelled to point
out that a lot of he tracks sound 100 times better played at
45rpm, which is what I assumed they were for years until I
heard the CD version.

If you play the mp3s in winamp and use something like the
Chronotron plugin to increase the pitch, I'm not sure what
the exact figure is, but 140% sounds about right, it sounds
like 45rpm to my bad ears, and the tracks sound a lot
better. But still that awful production, mind.

I quite like the production of the ventolins. Seems like a
straight to the point punk aesthetic.

I love the "second part" and have edited that part out as a
track of it is own. The production is quite bad, but it´s
something that most rdj-tracks have in common...
