My ATI card says a 350 W power supply is recommended but I have a 300 W power supply works just fine with everything...do I worry and get the 350 W?

hmm.. i'd say if you start experiencing crashes or strange video display glitches, upgrade to the 350w power supply.

what Zephyr says. and i'd like to add that if it's the case that your 300W is not enough, go for the 450W. this is one of those cases where bigger is better!

ratings on power supplies mean fuck all, really - every vendor has their own way of rating them.
make sure you've got a _good quality_ power supply, and you should be fine.
(just ask refund about this.. heh heh)
