the situation when you have a baby is that you are woken
every 3 to 5 hours throughout the night until it is time to
get up. And each time you have to warm up a bottle and feed
them, burp them, and soothe them back to sleep, so it could
be 20 to 30 minutes per session. But it's worth it, every
single sleep-interrupted night.

hourrs, and even then I'm awake on the hourr everry hourr,
my body can't totally surrrrenderr to sleep. When I'm on 2
'til 10, I get lots of sleep, about 8 hourrs I'd say.

Things are going pretty good right now... Caitlin basically
has two sleeping patterns -- she either wakes up every 3 to
5 hours during the night (common), or she will sleep for a
good 6 to 8 hours (less common)... it's not too bad, but she
likes to get up at about 9am, and neither Fiona or I are
early-risers - but I don't really mind because I will
recline in the couch and watch a little TV or a film with
Caitlin in my arms, and she will normally fall asleep and
it's very pleasant.

Im very happy for all three of you, im glad after all these

4-10... I never get a good cycle going, I'll have
all-nighters and short nights and normal nights and Sundays
where I'll just lay in bed all day. I probably average 7 a
night overall. I got up at 8AM this morning but 3PM just a
couple days ago.

I can manage on 3 or 4 hours but i'm never quite sure when
they'll be, a lot of the time i wake up about 4am and stay
awake til 9 or 10, then crash out later on. Makes me feel a
bit foggy most days.

I constantly obsess over how much sleep I need. I usually
get about six on a work night, but I need eight. I hate when
you've got to be up at seven the next day, and you can't get
to sleep knowing that you're gonna feel like shit at work
after about four hours sleep. I usually lay in bed hungover
until about 2pm on weekends.
